Tiffany Moldof grew up in Los Angeles, surrounded by the energy of the garment industry — early exposure to the rhythm of production, the value of good design, and what it really takes to bring a product to market. That foundation sparked a career that’s been all about bridging creativity and strategy.

With nearly two decades of experience, Tiffany has led design, marketing and merchandising across retail, e-commerce, and brand — from launching loyalty programs at Etsy to driving collaborations at ban.do, Turner Media, and Alternative Apparel. She specializes in concept-to-launch thinking, cross-functional leadership, and keeping teams aligned (and inspired) through every phase.

Tiffany thrives in the creative process, but also makes sure things ship. She’s collaborative, deadline-driven, and not afraid of a little chaos—especially when it leads to smart, unexpected work.
